A premier cherry blossom viewing spot in the Suwa region. Approximately 600 Somei Yoshino and Komohikan cherry trees are planted here. The park offers stunning views of Lake Suwa and features over 40 literary monuments, including those of Shimaki Akahiko, Masaoka Shiki, Matsuo Basho, and Kobayashi Issa.
