Cherry Blossoms at Ashino Park

芦野公園の桜
The vast park of about 80 hectares features approximately 1,500 cherry trees and about 1,800 pine trees, with the cherry blossoms being among the best on the Tsugaru Peninsula. The cherry blossom festival held every year from late April to early May attracts large crowds. The park also hosts a literary monument to Osamu Dazai and a bronze statue erected in 2009. Transportation:Get off at Ashino Park Station on the Tsugaru Railway from Goshogawara Station Approximately 15 minutes from Goshogawara North IC on the Tsugaru Expressway via Route 339

Parking:Temporary parking available for about 600 vehicles; regular cars 1,000 yen, microbuses 2,000 yen, large buses (over 30 people) 3,000 yen
