The main event of the "Tsuchizaki Shinmeisha Annual Festival" registered as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage in 2016 (Heisei 28). This festival, which has continued since the Edo period, aims to ward off community misfortunes and pray for the health and safety of the residents.
