A competition consisting of three events: swimming, cycling, and running. Since the competition takes place on Saturday afternoons, you can also tour Niijima over the weekend. The east coast's Habuura offers 6.5 km of white sandy beaches with big waves, and the glass-blowing process at Niijima Glass Studio is a must-see. There are also free outdoor hot springs.
