A grueling triathlon race consisting of a 3km swim, 123km bike ride, and 35km run, with a 12-hour time limit, attracting participants from inside and outside the prefecture and overseas. On the day the strongmen run through all of Miyako Island, the entire island is enveloped in excitement.
