Garyu Park, selected as one of the top 100 cherry blossom spots, has about 160 cherry trees around Ryuga Pond and about 600 cherry blossoms in the entire park. It is a famous spot for flower viewing, known for its specialty "Makkuro Oden" and "Dango." The long cherry blossom avenue, the cherry blossom corridor reflected in the pond, the flower snowstorm floating on the water surface, and the fantastically lit night cherry blossoms are exceptional. The Suzaka City Zoo in the park, with boats and capybaras, is a popular spot for family relaxation. Additionally, a cooperation fee is required for parking usage.
