During the Golden Week of 2025, the "Craft Gyoza Festival®", featuring specially selected gyoza from around the country, will be held in three cities: Tokyo, Fukuoka, and Hiroshima!

"Craft Gyoza" refers to gyoza where craftsmen from all over the country pay meticulous attention to every detail in the production process and choice of ingredients, perfecting the skin, filling, and sauce. In the world of gyoza filled with infinite possibilities, creatively crafted gyoza with unique elements and personality from each store will gather from all over the country.

At the Fukuoka venue, 28 varieties of gyoza will gather from across the nation! "Craft Gyoza Festival®" will continue this year to bring exquisite craft gyoza and craft beer to "everyone who loves gyoza".

The "Chunky Meat Kakuni Gyoza" is characterized by not using minced meat but rather retaining the texture of whole domestic pork. The gyoza, perfected through trial and error, offers a taste reminiscent of Osaka-style pork kakuni. The thin wrapping gently encasing the bold filling is also alluring.

・Sansuirou Yatsugatake Gyoza (3rd image)
Created by a famed chef featured in popular cooking competition shows, the "Sansuirou Yatsugatake Fried Gyoza" fries large pieces of filling to a crisp. The crispy gyoza, packed to the brim with generously cut fillings, is served with sweet vinegar sauce.
