In the Golden Week of 2025, the "Craft Gyoza Festival®" gathering specialized gyoza from all over the country will be held in three cities: Tokyo, Fukuoka, and Hiroshima!

"Craft Gyoza" refers to gyoza that has been meticulously perfected in both the manufacturing process and the selection of ingredients. Each craftsman strives for perfection in every detail, including the wrapper, filling, and sauce. This infinite world of gyoza brings together creative gyoza, each with its own unique features and characteristics, from all over the country.

At the Hiroshima venue, apart from bringing together 24 types of unique gyoza from across Japan, beers from around the world will also be gathered! This year, the "Craft Gyoza Festival®" will once again provide specially selected craft gyoza and craft beer for everyone who loves gyoza.

A popular local store in Hiroshima makes its debut with its signature menu. The "BPC (Bacon Potato Cheese) Gyoza," with a slightly thicker wrapper accented with black pepper, is addictive after just one bite.

・Gyoza and Wine Peel and Filling (Image 3)
Enjoy the depth and umami of the "Rich Miso Butter Beef Cutlet Gyoza from Tokachi," which blends miso and butter with six kinds of spices. An Italian chef has created this one-of-a-kind dish characterized by its crispy coating and juicy meat.
