During the Golden Week of 2025, exquisite dumplings from all over the country will gather at the "Craft Gyoza Festival®", scheduled to be held in three cities: Tokyo, Fukuoka, and Hiroshima!

"Craft Gyoza" refers to dumplings where craftsmen from all over Japan have meticulously perfected every detail of the dough, filling, and sauce in the manufacturing process and ingredient selection. Within the world of dumplings, which holds endless possibilities, creative dumplings that incorporate the unique features and personalities of each store will gather from across the country.

In the Tokyo venue, 30 types of gyoza will be gathered from all over Japan! The "Craft Gyoza Festival®" will also deliver a selection of craft gyoza and craft beer to everyone who loves gyoza.

"Special Handmade Grilled Gyoza" which won the championship in a Chinese cuisine competition. Filled with a thick skin and stuffed with plenty of vegetables, the skin becomes crispy and chewy after steaming, making it a popular gyoza for gyoza lovers to visit at least once, finally makes its debut.

First participation from Sapporo, Hokkaido. Notable for its green-thick skin containing a generous amount of lamb, offering a distinct texture in the "Lamb and Cumin Spice Gyoza". Seasoned with cumin, coriander, and black pepper, this unique flavored gyoza makes its debut.
