At the Konica Minolta Planetarium, a welcome video showcasing fully bloomed cherry blossoms is being shown once again this year during the waiting time before the main screening!

As the name suggests, the "Welcome Dome" is an intermission video played when guests enter the dome.
The Sakura Welcome Dome, which started in 2021 and is part of the various seasonal Welcome Domes, has been popular with many guests each year.

Arranging cherry blossom viewing can be tough due to blooming conditions and weather. At the Konica Minolta Planetarium, you can enjoy the feeling of cherry blossom viewing in a dome comfortable environment, free from weather and pollen concerns.

Photography is allowed during the Welcome Dome screening, so please sit back in your purchased seat and enjoy viewing and capturing the cherry blossoms in full bloom.

■Regarding viewing time
・You can view for about 5 to 10 minutes between dome opening and the start of the main program.
・For a relaxed viewing of the Sakura Welcome Dome, early entrance is recommended.
・If you enter just before the program starts, the Welcome Dome may have already finished, so please be careful.
