"CHOYA," a specialty store offering experiences with "ume," a traditional Japanese cultural element, continues to convey it to the world. This store presents Japanese ume culture in a modern style and aims to develop it as "a culture that fosters connections with loved ones," broadcasting it from the ancient city of Kamakura, a guardian of traditional culture, to the world.

An experiential store where you can handcraft your own special ume syrup and umeshu using carefully selected ingredients. From a single ume, you can enjoy 100 combinations. There are also store-exclusive takeaway drinks and souvenirs.

■Age Restriction: This is a workshop where you can make umeshu and ume syrup. Making umeshu is limited to those over 20 years old.
